Navigating STEM Careers

Have you ever wondered what it takes to thrive in the marine transportation and shipbuilding industry?

The Society for Canadian Women in Science and Technology (SCWIST) recently partnered with Seaspan, a leader in shipbuilding, ship repair and maritime transportation, for VoyageHER: Navigating STEM Careers with Seaspan.

During the event, we had the privilege of meeting three prominent women who have made their mark in the industry: Jennifer Busler, Maureen Katarama, and Amrit Grewal.

They shared stories about their remarkable career journeys, discussed the significance of mentorship and sponsorship and shared insights on the ever-evolving technological landscape of the maritime industry.
