Dr. Roslyn Kunin’s “Five Steps to a Successful Career in Canada” was one of our year’s most successful IWIS events.
She elegantly explained the difficult subject of economics and concepts such as being an entrepreneur in any job you work in, using simple and interesting terms. Many of the members of the audience were encouraged to try new avenues in their job searches in Vancouver, and they even initiated some collaborations with other professionals in the audience. Dr. Kunin was a truly inspirational speaker. She kindly stayed for a long Q&A session after her presentation, sharing abot the challenges and experiences she faced in her career and provided the attendees with guidance and advice.
