Responsibilities
Create, manage and strengthen relationships with our existing and new clients in the IT & Technology, and Engineering & Technical sectors.
Requirements

We also highly value teamwork, collaboration, and the desire to get better in all aspects. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Post-secondary education, experience in the recruitment industry, and sales experience would be a great asset, ideally in a team environment.
Benefits
We offer a flexible base salary plus variable pay compensation packages. Our Business Development Managers usually reach a six-figure salary within 10 – 14 months of employment.
Coupled with the above compensation plan, our benefits program includes standard medical, paramedical, and dental coverage. Additional benefits include ongoing training and development at a peer and mentor level, performance training, and lunch and learn initiatives. We also provide licenses and access to a number of software solutions that will promote further success in this position, and invitations to professional industry events for further networking opportunities.
