A SCWIST scholarship awarded annually and includes a one-year membership in SCWIST. A scholarship awarded to a female student who has completed one year of her two-year trade or technology diploma program. The principal consideration will be academic achievement; however, considerable weight will also be given to other evidence of promise such as prior work experience, obstacles that have been overcome and community service. Students are nominated for these awards by faculty – no application is required.
