Speaker: Grace Lee

I am a lifelong learner and an opportunist serial venturer. Inspired by a couple who built an orphanage in Kenya and transformed the lives of many needy Ugandan children, I am always creating opportunities for growth and unity. I am part of a Canada-wide project to investigate applications of brain imaging technology to improve healthcare for patients with brain injury, and President of the UBC Postdoctoral Association. Outside of academia, I am co-founder of Krimson Marketing Inc consulting with entrepreneurs on reaching their business growth potential, and I am Chair of Communications for the Small Business Council of the Vancouver Board of Trade. I have a PhD in Neuroscience and I am owner of Graceful Cuisine, where I use my skills as a professional home chef to unite people. My webpage: www.drgracelee.ca
