Notice of SCWIST AGM – Saturday July 19, 2025
The Society for Canadian Women in Science and Technology will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. PT | 11:00 a.m. MT | 12:00 p.m. CT | 1:00 p.m. ET | 2:00 p.m. AT.
The AGM will be virtual and a videoconferencing link will be sent in advance of the meeting. Members entitled to vote will receive a secure, individual voting link preceding the start of the AGM.
All members have been sent an AGM Notice email on Friday June 27, 2025 (to the same email address you used to become a member at SCWIST). If you would like this email to be re-sent, please let us know at: agm@scwist.ca.
The general public is also welcome to attend the AGM. Please use this General Public Registration Link.
