Introducing the Quantum Leaps: a dynamic initiative for high school students passionate about science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). This program connects you with experienced female* mentors from a variety of STEM fields, matching your interests to help you explore different career paths, build essential skills, and bring your innovative ideas to life. "The Youth Skills Development Scholarship from SCWIST changed my life. I created COAST, a computer mouse that enables people with upper limb disabilities to access computer technologies, which won 4 awards, including the Gold award and Best Young Inventor at the International Innovation Competition in Canada. Not only did my dreams come true, but I was able to showcase my invention to a wider audience and pursue my mission of promoting accessibility and inclusivity in technology!"

"SCWIST has been such an incredible organization and supporter of my scientific journey. With the Youth Skills Development scholarship, I was able to attend SHAD Canada, a month-long leadership, entrepreneurship, and STEM development program for youth at the University of Prince Edward Island.
