2024 Annual General Meeting

All members and interested individuals are welcome to attend.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will cover our previous years’ achievements, review and approve the financial statements and vote on the incoming slate of potential board directors.

Register to receive a Zoom invite, agenda for the meeting and an AGM report containing reports on SCWIST programs and committees, profiles of the proposed new board members, details of our new fiscal year budget and more closer to the date of the event.

While the general public is welcome to attend the AGM, only SCWIST members in good standing will be able to vote on proposed by-law changes and board nominations.
