Feature Author Series: Naomi Flis and Emanuelle Gelber

Join us from across Canada on Earth Day for a special Feature Author event with Naomi Fliss and Emanuelle Gelber, authors of “I Am River”!
By exploring the origin, present, and future of the Saint Lawrence River, this thoughtful and beautifully illustrated story encourages readers to think about their connection to water, the environment, and the natural world.
During the event, Naomi and Ema will share the inspiration behind the book, their creative process, and the environmental themes woven throughout the story. Earlier this year, “I Am River” was also adapted into a short film, adding another dimension to its message and reach.
