Systems Change Workshop: Building Inclusive Workplace Cultures
This applied learning session is designed for HR professionals and people management roles in STEM organizations who are working to strengthen and sustain healthy, inclusive workplace cultures.
Grounded in SCWIST’s evidence-informed Five Foundational Pillars (FFP) framework, the workshop explores how policies, practices, leadership behaviours, and organizational systems shape professional conduct and inclusion. Drawing on over 40 years of experience addressing systemic barriers in STEM, participants will examine how change at the systems level can support more equitable and accountable workplaces.
Through guided discussions and hands-on activities, participants will identify structural challenges within their organizations and develop concrete, actionable strategies to drive long-term, sustainable culture change.
