This initiative aims to advance Canada’s innovation ecosystem by equipping early‑ to mid‑career professionals and graduate stream with the career-ready skills needed to excel in high-growth STEM sectors, while providing employers with access to job-ready talent and diversity tools that accelerate innovation and foster more equitable workplaces.
