SCWIST AGM – Save the date!

The 40th SCWIST Annual General Meeting will be held online as follows:

Date: Wed, 16 Juin 2021
Time: 4:30–7:30pm
Place: Zoom platform

Tous les membres et personnes intéressées sont les bienvenus.

The following are examples of the types of things to be discussed/agreed at the AGM:

1. receive the annual report and financial statements;
2. receive a presentation from the President on the previous years’ activities and plans for the coming year;
3. announce the committee members/office holders for the ensuing year;
4. record any Honorary Life Memberships awarded during the year (if any);
5. consider any other business on the agenda.

We will follow up soon with an invite to the Zoom meeting room, agenda for the meeting, and an AGM report containing reports on SCWIST programs and committees, profiles of the proposed new board members, details on a special resolution proposed by the board to update part of the society bylaws, details of our new fiscal year budget, and more!
