Gwen began One Conversation Coaching & Facilitation in 1995, offering her services to Individuals, Couples, Families and Organizations. With a background in Social Work and Life Skills Coaching, Gwen works privately with clients or develops programs tailored to the client’s needs, such as Empower ME Seminar Series and Relationship Boot Camp. In addition to her private practice, Gwen is a strong advocate of Mentorship and is the Mentorship Advisor for the Women in Leadership Foundation and a Seminar Facilitator for the YWCA’s ‘Connect to Success Mentorship Program’. Gwen has been the Head Coach & Team Facilitator for Women In Film’s ‘Flash Forward Program’ and recently has been the Retreat Facilitator for the Vancouver Asian Heritage Month Society. Gwen also teaches Communication & Public Speaking Courses for Continuing Education at the Vancouver School Board.
