This award of $100 is to be given to young women in Grades 8 to 10 categories whose project shows the greatest curiosity, ingenuity and innovation in design. The award is intended to encourage the student’s interest in science. A student may not receive this award more than once. Please Science Fairs BC for other Provincial Award winners.
Director, Vladimirka Pereula, presented the award to Nerissa Kassis and Emmy Bos for their winning project “Faire un Peinture Résistante Aux Feux” (Make a Fire Resistant Paint) on April 11, 2015 at the University of British Columbia.
