DESCRIPTION:Systems Change Workshop: Building Inclusive Workplace Cultures\nThis applied learning session is designed for HR professionals and people management roles in STEM organizations who are working to strengthen and sustain healthy\, inclusive workplace cultures. \nGrounded in SCWIST’s evidence-informed Five Foundational Pillars (FFP) framework\, the workshop explores how policies\, practices\, leadership behaviours\, and organizational systems shape professional conduct and inclusion.
