And help participants build their own online Resume.

Nick Arden is an entrepreneur and business consultant who has been self-employed for nearly 40 years. SkillsMatching.com is his 5th personal business start-up, and he has participated in more than 10 other business and organization start-ups. With degrees in engineering (Cambridge) and computer science (UBC), he has been wholly or partially certified in five professions (accounting, human resources, information systems, engineering and management consulting). His experience includes:
Conceiving and designing the SkillsMatching.com system.
Working with over 200 organizations in manufacturing, service, not-for-profit, construction and retail sectors, with activities ranging from computer software development to executive search to leading a successful business turnaround;
Counseling over 100 senior and middle managers in career planning and job relocation;
Teaching at Simon Fraser University and UBC, a guest speaker at several professional and trade seminars, and a guest panelist for UBC Career Services;
Helping companies to file about 150 successful SR&ED claims for software and high tech projects; and,
Volunteering in leadership roles for many social service, ethnic and professional not-for-profit organizations. Currently he serves as Vice-President, Cambridge for the Vancouver Oxford and Cambridge Society, and Lead Volunteer for UBC Alumni’s nascent Tri-Mentoring Ambassador programme.
